Phone Usage —

There is a strict no use of electronics policy during the event. All electronic devices will be turned in at 5 PM on Friday evening and returned to guests Sunday afternoon upon checkout. There will be an emergency phone line provided to friends and family of the guest which will be monitored 24 hours in case the guest needs to be contacted for any reason.

Transportation —

Each person is responsible for getting themselves to the hotel and back. During the weekend, you won’t need a car. We’ll be walking around the property.

Cancellation Policy —

-45 days full refund
-30 days 1/2 refund
-After no refund
